NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.

The Finish Top Chef x Bosch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on June 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s clock is the official “timekeeper” of this Sweepstakes.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Reckitt Benckiser LLC (“Sponsor”), BAM Strategy ("Administrator"), NBCUniversal Media, LLC, employees of BSH Home Appliances Corporation (”BSH”), and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion, public relations and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live and whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the website (“Website”) at https://www.finishdishwashing.com/finish-bravo-top-chef/ and follow the instructions to complete the registration form and submit your entry into the Sweepstakes (“Website Entry”).

b. Enter by Mail: If you do not wish to complete the Website registration form, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and a valid email address on a plain piece of paper, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: BAM Strategy, PO Box 93377, Newmarket RPO Yonge Mulock, ON, L3X 1A3, Canada (“AMOE Entry). AMOE Entries must be postmarked between March 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 and received by July 7, 2026 in order to be included in the random drawing. AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, or inaccurate and AMOE Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

Website Entries and AMOE Entries shall collectively be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of Entry. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than one Entry, by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your online/phone carrier.

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 8, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential grand prize winner will be notified via email and will be required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner and the grand prize winner will be provided with an IRS FORM 1099 for income tax purposes. The “Released Parties” (as defined above) shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within the time period specified in the prize notification, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, or in the event that a potential winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason or has not complied with these Official Rules such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. The grand prize winner will be subject to eligibility verification. An Entrant is not a winner of the prize unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified via email that verification is complete. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to award the prize and, if after three (3) attempts the prize remains unclaimed or the potential winner is not confirmed, the prize may not be awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

One (1) grand prize: Winner will receive their dream kitchen, including the following Bosch appliances: a refrigerator, 800 series dishwasher, and a range & hood (collectively, the “Appliances”, as well as $5,000 awarded as a check (ARV $16,300). Intended Appliances are from the Bosch 800 Series; however, Appliances are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable Bosch items of approximately equal values, at Sponsor’s discretion. Appliance installation is not included with the prize. Removal/disposal of old appliances not included. Winner is solely responsible for any installation, permits, modification, electrical, utility, cabinetry, or additional costs associated with the Appliances. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen check/prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize or select elements of the prize with items of equal or greater value in the event the prize or elements thereof are unavailable. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the validity of each Entry. If Sponsor determines or believes that any Entry is fraudulent, illegitimate or invalid, or that any Entrant has failed to comply with or has violated any provision of these Official Rules, Sponsor will have the right in its discretion to disqualify any affected Entrant and/or to void any suspect or affected Entries. These Official Rules may not be reprinted or republished in any way without the prior written consent of Sponsor. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes information provided elsewhere (including, without limitation, in advertising or marketing materials), these Official Rules shall prevail.

All Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of the prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, or the announcement or offering of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or misuse or redemption of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, and those with their authority, to use winner’s name, and likeness for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes (each a “Sweepstakes Change”) if no Entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period or if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to an unforeseen event (“Unforeseen Event”) beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, disease, virus, sickness or outbreak or other similar or dissimilar natural disaster; act of God or public enemy; riot or civil disturbance, act of any government or governmental authority, power failure, satellite or equipment failure, failure of telecommunications lines or failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles operated by a third party; labor dispute, strike, or lockout; actual or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, war (declared, undeclared or threatened), explosion, nuclear, or chemical or biological contamination; or a government imposed travel ban, restriction on movement or gatherings, or other government imposed mandate of any kind, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control. In such event, Sponsor may (a) cancel the Sweepstakes entirely, (b) award the prize from eligible Entries received prior to the Unforeseen Event resulting in the Sweepstakes Change if sufficient eligible Entries have been received (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), or (c) extend the Sweepstakes Period to allow time for more eligible Entries to be received. It is understood that an Unforeseen Event must take place for the Sweepstake Change to be effectuated by Sponsor and that such Sweepstakes Change is not simply at Sponsor’s option for any reason.

Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes (including the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules) or the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and shall not include any punitive, consequential or other damages, or attorneys' fees. The value of the prize as set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ARV in its sole and absolute discretion thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.reckitt.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of this information and acknowledges that Entrant has read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Reckitt Benckiser LLC, 100 Metro Blvd, Nutley, NJ 07110. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is BAM Strategy, PO Box 93377, Newmarket RPO Yonge Mulock, ON, L3X 1A3, Canada.

13. Reckitt Benckiser LLC is the sole sponsor of the sweepstakes. NBCUniversal Media, LLC is not a sponsor of the sweepstakes and is not associated with the administration of the sweepstakes in any way. Entrants are providing information to sponsor and not to NBCUniversal Media, LLC.
